From eaaad2cd197aa517235a4d5e211cbaa058253457 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Tim Shimmin Date: Tue, 24 Oct 2023 18:13:07 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] Update Amazon GC Payment Method (#912) Update 02-payment-methods.md Amazon no longer accepts payment by gift card to buy gift cards. Added a potential alternative instead but there are more privacy concerns when buying from a user's wishlist, and vice versa. Addresses are typically censored but Amazon defaults to sending a note inside the package with the buyer's name, for example. Purse.io does something similar, might want to look into their FAQ for inspiration. --- docs/_pages/docs/01-best-practices/02-payment-methods.md | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/docs/_pages/docs/01-best-practices/02-payment-methods.md b/docs/_pages/docs/01-best-practices/02-payment-methods.md index 8177e855..994a2967 100644 --- a/docs/_pages/docs/01-best-practices/02-payment-methods.md +++ b/docs/_pages/docs/01-best-practices/02-payment-methods.md @@ -46,7 +46,7 @@ Amazon eGift Cards are one of the more private payment methods on RoboSats.
